is looking for an experienced, hands on, highly energetic Business
development Manager to become part of our team. In this role,
you will be actively involved in penetrating, progressing and
securing key deals into our target market segments. Specifically,
you will be involved in the entire sales process for your area;
including business development, prospecting and qualification
through pre-sales support, contract negotiations, post-sales
account management and technical fulfillment.
Additional
responsibilities will include managing the sales pipeline and
forecasting on a daily and weekly basis to allow complete visibility
of all key deals and opportunities.The
ideal candidate for this position should possess:
Strong
solution selling - track record with strong references.
Proven
track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas
in the recent past.
Experience
as the focal point for clients for all sales and related
issues.
Broad
and strong technology, product and business understanding
with the ability to clearly articulate core value propositions.
Excellent
communication / presentation skills.
Ability
to interact and gain respect of technical and marketing
organizations within the Company.
Leadership
and team building expertise.
High
energy with a sense of urgency, but reasoned and professional.
Mature
in judgment and style.
Works
well independently.
Education
background:
At
least 5 years domain expertise and proven success rate in
selling network software and / or services.
Cisco
CCNA certification.
Microsoft
MCSA certification or equivalent.
We currently
have open positions based in Santa Clara Valley, CA. Portland,
OR. Seattle, WA and Honolulu, HI. Travel is estimated at 20%.
